At the Wing Chun Society in New York on Saturday’s the school is open for training so students can come a practice what they learned during the week or review any material they wish. The open training sessions are scheduled for 10-12 although students are welcome to come as early as they want.

Here Sifu Carlos hits the school early and then a few others join and get a little private instruction. Later more of the gang showed up for some great wing chun kung fu training.

This isn’t the book that will take you all the way to full understanding of siu lim tao (first form), but it will do beettr than any other single book. Combine this with the video Wing Chun Science of In-Fighting, and you will have a complete intructional guide to the first form of wing chun. I agree that some steps seem to be skipped in the form pictures, but this is more than compensated by the additional information about wing chun and how to apply it.
