Ip Man Returns to the Big Screen in The Grandmaster.
The Weinstein Group, a US based Movie Company acquired Wong Kar Wai’s film The Grandmaster for US distribution, this past February.
The cast includes Tony Leung as Ip Man, Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon superstar Ziyi Zhang, Chang Chen, Xiao Shengyang and Song Hye Kyo, in addition to hundreds of Asia’s top martial artists.

Pretty impressive that Martin Scorsese liked the film enough to lend his name to the production.
The Grandmaster is scheduled for release in NY, LA, and Toronto on the 23rd, and expands nationally the following week.
